We are extremely lucky to work with some incredible local suppliers for many of our wonderful ingredients.

 

Even more so that we are able to offer several of them for sale at the restaurant! You can take home some of our local Nelly's Farm free-range eggs, Loxwood honey, Bricks own homemade beetroot chutney and Local Free-range Pork Sausages to recreate your Bricks experience in the comfort of your own home!
